Comment:
This ﾑlong wingﾒ version of the 1-19 first flew
in 1946. Plans were offered for the new wings
and canopy, and several 1-19ﾒs in the U.S. were
modified. The prototype was flown 222 km/ 138
miles by Paul A. Schweizer in 1947. |
